Ryan Villalon serves as Modern Homestead's Construction Director. He is a highly experienced senior residential project manager with a proven track record of success in the Texas and Colorado markets. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Concordia University and has worked on a multitude of project types in his professional career ranging from tiny homes and docks, to developing 40+ acre communities with over 100 semi-custom homes and ground up HUD-backed multi-family housing. An active participant in his community, Ryan sits on the Nederland Zoning Board. Through these diverse experiences, Ryan brings a wide array of knowledge to Modern Homestead.

In true Colorado fashion, Ryan enjoys skiing through the winter and hiking/climbing during the summer months, accompanied by his wife and two dogs.
