We'll meet in person for about one hour to review your goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll walk you through more of our portfolio and provide detail on the design and construction process. In this meeting, we will both decide if we are a good fit to work together. If so, we’ll sign and agreement to start the design process.

The Modern Homestead team works with you to fully plan out your project. This includes providing permit-ready floor plans, design selections for your project, and a tentative construction schedule. We’ll conclude the design phase with a final design meeting, a revised price quotation for the project, a final scope of work, and a schedule of construction.

Your dedicated Project Manager will guide you through the entire construction plan. Throughout the project your Project Manager will provide open lines of communication and regular updates on the project.

Even when your project is complete, we’re not done working for you. You’ll have a final walk-through with your Modern Homestead team, and we’ll answer any final questions you might have. We’ll also let you know how you can continue to utilize your Modern Homestead account to access critical documents or get in touch with our team.
