Bethany spent 15 years “wrangling cats'' in the music and marketing industries before finding her calling in finance and operations. With years of taking multitasking to a whole new level, she has honed in on the ability to see the big picture of an organization and then guide the team to their goals.

As a child, Bethany would ask her parents to bring home empty appliance boxes and carpet remnants so she could build and decorate her “own home.”  She never realized that it might lead to a life of work in architecture, design, and construction.

Although she dabbles as a mixed media artist in her spare time, she spends her working life making sure everyone around her is making their own dreams come true.
